RPK Tilt fix mms using rivets with adhesives

RPK Green has developed a unique aluminium structure brackets that can be mounted on any Metal Sheet Profiles using Aluminium Rivets and Adhesives that will ensure there are no water leakages from the mounting structures. This is a major leap over the existing systems where mechanical fastening is currently not required at all for the metal roof.

Highlights of our Aluminium Brackets

• The system is proven on Simulation software ansys and also in field.
• The material used is Virgin Aluminum 6063 T6. We do not use recycled Aluminum
• We use only SS 304 Allen bolts and SS spring washer
• We use only Henkel MS 930 as adhesive sealant. This is a world renowned sealant.
• Rivets from Rivit India manufactured and imported from Rivit Italy. Each rivet takes a safe load of 120 Kgs and we use 4 nos per bracket. With a factor of safety of 2 we are over the 200 KMPH wind load mark.

The material specification are as follows

• All brackets are aluminum 6063 T6. 4 nos of Al blind rivets will be provided per bracket. Henkel threadlocker compound is also supplied for ensuring life time fastening.
• Mid Clamp and end clamps are aluminum 6063 T6 with M8 SS 304 fasteners. A Henkel threadlocker is also provided.
• Adhesive sealant have a tensile resistance of 1 MPa

The safe load bearing capacity is 150Kgs per bracket. This is enough to with stand 200KMPH wind loads.
